How we handle your information.
We collect the minimum amount of information needed to respond to your enquiry, run the centre, and improve the website. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to remove it.
Who we are
This website is operated by Lumio Early Learning Pty Ltd (ACN — to be added), trading as Lumio Early Learning Charlestown at 425 Warners Bay Road, Charlestown NSW 2290.

What we collect
When you fill in a form
The enquiry, jobs, and preschool enquiry forms collect:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Your child's first name (enquiry forms only)
- How you heard about us (the option you select)
- Any optional message you choose to send
We also capture technical context alongside the form — the page you submitted from, the website that referred you, a submission timestamp, and (if you arrived via an ad) the campaign and click identifiers from the URL. We use this to know which marketing channels lead to good enquiries.
When you visit the website
Like most websites, ours automatically collects:
- Standard server logs (your IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Cookies and tracking pixels from the third-party services listed below
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry. Mackinley needs your contact details to call you back about a tour, an application, or a question.
- To improve the website. We use anonymised data to see which pages work and which don't.
- To measure ad performance. We need to know which ads bring genuine enquiries so we don't waste budget on the ones that don't.
- To meet our regulatory obligations if your enquiry leads to enrolment (e.g. NSW education regulator record-keeping).
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted third-party services. They each see a specific slice of your data — never the whole picture.
Pipedrive (Estonia)
Form submissions are stored in Pipedrive, our customer-relationship system. They use industry-standard encryption and are GDPR-compliant. Their privacy policy is at pipedrive.com/en/privacy.
Google (Analytics & Ads)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to track whether someone who clicked an ad ended up enquiring. Google may set cookies in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Meta (Facebook Pixel)
We use Meta's Pixel to measure whether Facebook or Instagram ads bring enquiries. Meta may set cookies. You can control ad personalisation at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity provides anonymised heatmaps and (anonymised) session recordings so we can see where the website confuses people. It does not identify individuals. Their policy is at clarity.microsoft.com.
Vercel (United States)
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Their server logs may briefly include your IP address. Privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Cookies
We use cookies set by the third parties above (Google, Meta, Microsoft Clarity). No cookies are set by us directly. You can clear or block these via your browser settings at any time — blocking them does not stop you from using the website.
How long we keep your information
- Enquiry form data: 24 months in Pipedrive, then archived or deleted.
- Application form data: 12 months if you're not successful, indefinitely (with consent) if you join the team.
- Website analytics data: retained per the third-party defaults (Google Analytics: 14 months; Clarity: 30 days for recordings).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information (subject to any regulatory hold periods)
- Stop using your information for marketing
